• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• Trade account pricing may differ from standard pricing and is subject to your account agreement.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
• Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax regulations.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product or confirm the order via a separate acceptance notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Trade account customers may be eligible for net payment terms as specified in their account agreement.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. Trade accounts with approved credit terms must pay within the agreed-upon period (e.g., Net 30).
• Late Payments: Overdue trade account balances may be subject to interest charges and suspension of credit privileges.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and costs are detailed on our Shipping Information page. Key terms include:

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• You are responsible for inspecting all deliveries and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shipping is calculated from live carrier rates based on your delivery address and order size, and shown at checkout before payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. In general:

• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
• A restocking fee may apply to certain returns; see our Returns Policy for current rates.
• Custom-ordered, cut-to-length, or specially fabricated items are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HILL SUPPLIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hill Supplies and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
